The Halloween Buffet was stunningly beautiful!

The property boasts beautiful wildlife, such as flamingos and peacocks.

My biggest concern was the food preparation. Cooks handled food with bare hands, often touching their faces and coughing directly onto the food. Despite raising my concerns during my stay, it seems nothing was done, and these sanitation issues were distressing, especially considering the high cost of our vacation.

This was my second visit and it just keeps getting better! I loved lounging by the lazy river and soaking in the sun at the outdoor pool to unwind. The only bummer was the music at the theater was a bit loud, but it didn’t spoil the fun! 🌞

Awesome family vibes!

The lazy river was super chill, perfect for the kids. The staff was super friendly, like Angel at the steakhouse, he made our dinners special. Only bummer was the food at the buffets could use more variety, but the poolside snack bar was a lifesaver for quick bites.

Family with children lovely experience

It was my family's best vacation yet! The entertainment staff was amazing, especially Liliana, Alex, and Franco, who really connected with the kids and made sure they had a blast. Plus, the kids club was a save for parents like us, keeping our little ones entertained while we soaked in some peace.

Not cheap but honestly worth it

The resort features a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, especially at the steakhouse where service elevates your dining experience. The location is ideal, nestled amidst stunning wildlife and picturesque surroundings, perfect for relaxation.

The food at the buffets could benefit from a wider variety to satisfy diverse tastes.

Family with kids will enjoy it

The Junior Suite we stayed in was spacious and nicely decorated with thoughtful touches like towel animals each night! we even got welcome snacks and drinks, which made the kids super happy after a long travel.

Good place with amazing amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, kids club, and fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me print documents, which I really remember. I definitely recommend it! I'm coming back for a trip.

The towel art was delightful, while the food options for vegetarians were limited.

The resort has an awesome lazy river and a Pirate Ship waterpark the kids adored. Plus, exploring the wildlife, especially peacocks, was cool. Our family loved the beachfront cabanas and the wave pool was perfect for some fun in the sun!

The staff truly stood out, consistently being friendly and accommodating, especially towards our kids. The Junior Suite offered comfortable space and a lovely hammock on the patio that our little ones adored. However, the inconsistency in dining options was disappointing. despite enjoying freshly prepared eggs, the overall food variety left much to be desired. Additionally, the massage services did not meet our expectations, detracting from an otherwise pleasant experience.
